here's the thing...if the acquiring team allows eichel to get the surgery of his choice, then why should conditional be a part of the deal...i think the two main pieces coming back should be unconditional (unless it's an protected 1st in 2022)...the rest can have some conditions to accomodate a trade

You're asking the team trading for Eichel to take on all the surgery risk and pay a big premium on top, which is why no deal has happened to date.
