3 of the top 5 are basically HOFer's in todays game. It was a hit/miss draft, but definitely a very good one. Not 2003/2013/2015 levels.

Dermott has hit his mediocre ceiling with Sandin and, now, Lilybust leapfrogging him.

Frankly, the only thing that keeps Dermott in the lineup is Sandin and Lily's waiver exemption status.

I think he is the #6 defenseman out of necessity. He will get claimed on waivers, and they probably don't carry 7 defenseman.

Can't really trade him either. The defensive depth isn't strong enough.
