I haven't seen a ton of games, maybe 10 or so of his but he has been rather quiet in the games I have seen. I'm not sure what level of 1st overall he will be.

If he ever is not sure how much else is included in the deal. Right now, or when Jack is healed, the Rangers are a better team. They lose guaranteed years on Jack while the Sabres get a couple more on Lafrenière of course maybe a better chance Jack stays in NY after his 5 years are up than Lafreniere stays in Buffalo unless the Sabres are a winner.
