I think they are two very different players.

OEL is also much better than Edler was at skating the puck out of the zone and down the ice. The differences keep stacking up.

I liked Petan’s game & a chance he sticks while there is injuries. Gadj should stay up also. Lockwood is looking solid to stick while injuries run their course.

I see Pearson Bo Hog sticking together. Last season they had good chemistry. Makes Garland a nice luxury on the 3rd line once Boeser is back & surely on one of the PP’s. Maybe even the PK Idk. Overall scoring depth looks good but as I’ve said a few times team D & special teams need to be better this season & the ticket to the PO’s.

Yeah, thought so. Not that his play was particularly memorable…

I noticed that while Edler is more physical, OEL plays a bit more greasy, if someone gives him a slash, he'll give one back while Edler usually just skated away. He has a bit more of a temper than Edler which I like
