Wife does a roast whole chicken...or turkey on TGiving....with butter rubbed all over the skin and garlic salt and pepper, every time it's ridiculous. Also the butter and GS/P melts down in the ban for the BEST gravy.

Yum. (hate being high and thinking about something I really want right now but can't have )

Yes would be a solid choice, a quality Semillion or Gewurztraminer would also do well.

It’s be been here for 10+ years. Everyone knows what I’m about, that I’m not the bad guy you portray me as. I just don’t follow the same narrative as some, and I’m not going to apologize or be bullied into doing it.

Although Dozzer and I aren’t besties, we have a mutual understanding that there’s a line not to be crossed, and I don’t cross it. Ya, it really is one of the best meals to cook. Always turns out just right!

In my top 5 favorite dinners, Thanksgiving food is at least 3. So when you can have a mini thanksgiving meal once a week with a roast chicken....gravy/mash potatoes and all....you just gotta do it.
