He doesn’t stand up for his players, he makes & terrible decisions in relation to pitching and cost them games and as a result a shot at the playoffs in my opinion.

I don’t believe he kept this team together at all, do you have some proof he did?

We will agree to disagree about how good or bad he is but there were several games I watched where he left pitchers in way too long and it costs them games.

He wants to be pals with his players - he’s the boss not one of the boys.

Every manager makes mistakes over 162. He has faults and made mistakes. A couple would have put them in. A couple fewer mistakes from Boone or Cora would have made it a runaway.
