Sharangoalvich with a laser from top of circle (past Cory Schneider) to win it OT

Down 1-0 with 4 minutes left to winning it OT, sweet. Shame they did not have shootout.

Per Ruff:

-No update on Hughes, says hes feeling okay and doesnt expect him to miss any time but we'll find out more tomorrow
-Ty Smith has an injury, he isn't expected to skate for a number of days but his absence is considered precautionary by the team
-Bratt was supposed to play last night but is sick with a non-covid illness. He skated today

You didn’t want to get into it, but you just did.

Antibodies last a lot longer than 6 months.

More and more people are getting Covid that had the vaccine (see Israel).

A person who gets Covid has a better chance of surviving than getting the experimental jab.

Do a little research. It is all there.

Simple question

Are more people dying who don't have the vaccine compared to those who do?

Those who don't get the vaccine, if they get covid are their symptoms more severe?

The vaccine isn't 100% effective, which was known and the more people who get vaccinated will increase the number but the mortality rate is much much lower

And in many cases of vaccines it's not just for you but to help those who can't get the vaccine for medical reasons safe

How does one getting the vaccine help people that can’t get the vaccine?

I’m not some anti vax person but please explain your version of science. How do the vaccinated protect the unvaccinated?

I’m not sure, because I know tons of vaccinated people that have contracted Covid. Maybe they’re all outliers, idk anymore. Maybe the science says otherwise and I’ve just experienced a random coincidental group of outliers. Heck a relative of mine works at a hospital and she said more than half of the covid patients are vaccinated. Idk.

What seems to be a general consensus is the vaccine helps minimize the severity of covid symptoms. I’ll buy that, and assume the hospital I’m aware of is another outlier.
And I’m not being sarcastic.

Yeah that’s what is going on. Vaccinated people are spreading the virus just as much as non vaccinated people. The vaccination does not eliminate or even curve transmission. The benefit of being vaccinated is only to those that are vaccinated with reducing the severity of the symptoms. Still looking forward to hearing about this “science” though. That word gets thrown around an awful lot these days.

When you are infected with the virus, you can spread it before developing symptoms and it takes time for your body to produce antibodies. With mRNA vaccines, your body is basically “coded” on what to do if you become infected therefore producing antibodies at a faster rate. Transmission rate decreases the more antibodies you have. Also multiple studies have shown people that are vaccinated can produce a greater number of antibodies. Your age and health are big determining factors of your body’s “self-defense” system which is why vaccinated people are still being hospitalized.

I’m aware of how these vaccines work. Vaccinated people are also spreading this virus. Saying the transmission rate decreases is unfounded and has been proven otherwise.

Amen. I come here to talk hockey. If I wanted to argue about vaccines I’d call my cousin Nicky on the south shore of Long Island.

More people are dying when taking the vaccine because of adverse reactions the media is not reporting it. You have a 99% chance of surviving Covid without the vaccine. Symptoms are not any worse compared to those who took the vaccine. We are also reaching heard immunity, which the media will not talk about. The statement that if I take the vaccine so that YOURS works better is dumb. For the pharma companies to blame people who did NOT take the vaccine for its ineffectiveness is also ridiculous. I am not saying you should or should not take. It is your right/freedom to choose, but don’t come onto the blog and start saying Blackwood should take it when you obviously have done zero research and are regurgitating MSM sound bites.
