As if there aren't enough venues for them to spew venom. I totally understand Sage pointing out the great hockey benefits, and it is worth considering on the merits stated. However, prior to the 7 year deal, ESPN treated the NHL like a red-headed stepchild. Now, they are going to refrain from telling you how to think, after the money they have invested? Fat chance. There will probably be a day soon coming when you have no other option than to cut a deal with Disney. Until that day, I'll gladly surrender watching the Hawks 4-5 games a season. None of this, again, directed at Sage. He was merely pointing out the facts on the ground.

Allan is going back to juniors. He is getting a taste so no big deal but Jones has been flat out awful.

Agreed ! Know it's only pre season, but JC should be on a very short leash .
