Here's the thing though. Didn't you post last week or week before last that Martin was going to be out all/most of preseason and miss the first few games? Then Chiefs proved you wrong (again) moments later. I've kind of learned not to trust anything you say. It just seems like your "source(s)" are sports talk shows, some buddies that don't know anything, or maybe just talking squirrels. So unless you can support your statements with some form of proof, then either don't post anything or say it's your opinion.

Wow the isles preview in the athletic is something to behold, they are actually a favorite

The assumed problem with the Islanders is always the offense, but they were a top 10 team in chances generated and 13th in actual goals at five-on-five. It’s mostly a power play issue and that’s where the lack of star power comes in. At five-on-five this is a very deep group with one of the league’s most imposing top nines where every single player is rated at top six quality or better. That is something no other team can offer and it’s what makes the team so scary come playoff time


And the kicker is he poops on tavares too

The regret he must have for that decision is likely hard to imagine given the success the Islanders have had without him.
