I would do the deal In return for Kyrou, Thomas, And MacEachern. - Shady1962
Thomas lives in Keith Tkachuk’s house he’s going nowhere. He is a brother basically. |

Tkachuk for Parayko. Ha!! Not a chance. Maybe if Ottawa threw in Stutzle, Richardson and their first round pick they might get that deal done. - Whatisavailable
Maybe go back to Oz.

What the hell do I care? If someone is giving me Tkachuk for Parayko I do it in a heartbeat.
The rest was just just to emphasize how ridiculous this rumour is. |

Done, would need to throw in Scandella for a pick to the deal to make the money work.

Why because you don't know who kyrou is. My judgement is very sound. That's why iam calling bull sheet on people saying kyrou is not on bradys level. - BlueTaco
Kyrou will score at least 30 this year, he had 25 in 56 games last year, Armstrong will not deal Kyrou!! Maybe he will give up Thomas and Krug for Brady, both Brady and Matthew will be wearing the Blue note by next season, it's been in the works for some time and Keith wants it that way! |

If dreams came true , wouldn’t that be nice. Thomas and Krug will not get you Brady.

hockeydb.com says he had 14 goals in 55 games last year. The year before he had 4 goals in 28 games and the year before 1 goal in 16 games. Middle six guy at best. |

My keeper league is in year 43 dude and I happen to own Kyrou since I drafted him. I have high hopes for him. I do not own Brady Tkachuk but would trade Kyrou for him in a heartbeat only because of the complete package that Brady brings. You have to get over the points mate because 50 points in Ottawa could be 75 in ST Louis. You are also forgetting the hits Tkachuk throws and is a policeman for his mates. Kyrou does not bring that albeit he is highly skilled and can fly. I hope the trade does not happen because I want Kyrou in STL but in real life the Blues are better with Tkachuk. IMO |

I like your enthusiasm but you been drinking too much blue koolaid. Typical homer that thinks the nhl revolves around their own team. I cover all teams exclusively and can offer an opinion on any name you wanna bring up with accuracy.

I wouldn't do that trade. Ottawa's got plenty of these bottom six types already.
St. Louis doesn't have anything I'd trade Brady for. - Whatisavailable
As a Blues fan I have to agree one for one they not simply because of the ages difference say between Brady and O'Reilly, Perron, Schenn Brady is still in diapers so a one for one would not work. Plus O'reilly is not going anywhere for anything.

First off your stats are way off but I will give you there is a chance Kyrou will score 25-30 only if he is give top six ice. Depends on Tarasenko, whether he stays or goes or produces or not. #91 is the only object in Kyrou's way. I would love to see Tarasenko flipped to the Isles and Kyrou take his spot. |

There is a point where Ottawa could be talked into dealing Brady. It is 4 first round draft picks. St. Louis is an older team and will be into a full rebuild over the next few years. 4 quality first round picks is very appealing. - spatso
How about Blues just send you 4 more guys who struggle to stay out of the press box? Cut out the middle man of you guys drafting 4 more Logan Brown types then trading them to us for that in a couple years. Bonus: you get to save the drafts picks you would have spent trying to move up in those 4 drafts to grab guys like Logan Brown with our picks. |

Sounds about right in terms of a solution for the Blues. Logan Brown does not make the Dobber list of top 20 prospects in the Ottawa system. But when they trade him to the Blues he immediately goes to #6 on the their prospect list. He is 23 years old.
We know the Blues are old and badly in need of a rebuild. But, Logan Brown as the #6 prospect in your entire system is more than feeble.

You seem to be great at speculating on the blues future. The reality of the present is that you cant even compare the state of the senators organization to the blues. |

That's a very good question. Here's another one... why would a team with over $20M of cap space go from trying to sign a 22yo player for 8yrs and name them team captain, to jumping right off the cliff just because another team likes that player?
Oh right, because it's nothing but clickbait horse$hit. - khawk
Or because its Ottawa, and I wouldnt put anything past those broke incompetent sacks of crap.

Yes, our rebuild is over, yours has just begun. That’s where prime aged players who are hyper competitive and don’t live in fantasy land of playing only where daddy wants them to wanna go!
Having only 0.7M in cap space with only one player earning >4M coming off the books in the next two years? Sounds ideal to sign two big money UFAs. And who are RFAs needing big money contracts in those 2 years? Kyrou, Thomas and oh yeah, some guy named O’Reilly as a UFA will all need new deals.
There is no way in the cap hell your GM has put you in that you will be able to afford one Tkachuk, let alone two, even if they wanted to come there, which they don’t. Because they’re Tkachuks, and they’re money chasing, me-first arseholes. |

Seriously, a blues fan is chucking poop about drafting and prospect pools. You have a bottom 5 farm system in the NHL…..the garbage prospect you just got from Ottawa is probably your 3rd or 4th best prospect now. |
