Yes, they’re like top 5 in the AHL in attendance. 8K+ per game typically.

Actually if I recall, they were playing when I was in Boston but those Bruins afternoon games (frank)ed me up

Kuhlman on waivers...assume Steen is hanging around

"If Kuhlman clears (or gets claimed) it will save the #NHLBruins $377,000 in cap space today and add $1.5 million to their trade deadline cap space."

Great game in Providence yesterday.

Senyshyn and Studnicka really stand out amongst this forward group. Honestly not really sure there’s anything left for Seny to gain at the AHL level. He belongs in the NHL and Studnicka isn’t far behind. Seny had a goal and Studnicka had a couple of assists.

Sammy Asselin had a great night with the hat trick and an assist.

On D, Achan was the standout. Moves the puck well and is steady and dependable despite the smaller stature. Nick Wolff was also noticeable with a larger frame and more of a nose for being physical.

Swayman was surprisingly bad yesterday. Every goal he let in was soft. Thankfully he was as good as he needed to be, but maybe the worst performance I’ve ever seen him have honestly. Just looked disinterested and like his mind was somewhere else.

The emergence of Steen is making Kuhlman expendable. Honestly I hope he gets claimed, we have a logjam of Kuhlman types in the system who seem to block guys like Seny and Studnicka from getting NHL time.

Boom, there we go. Jay Leach connection, Seattle makes sense.

Waive Foligno next

I also hold on to Jake until the deadline, think that’s where Sweeney will maximize his return. No way I can see Jake staying here with arbitration eligibility this summer putting him in the $4M+ range.

Yeah, they’re consistent. Lots of guys good at the AHL level, don’t see a whole lot down there with NHL upside aside from Stud, Seny, Ahcan, Swayman, maybe Wolff.

Wow, just watched highlights. Thoughts:

Thought the Wilson hit on Blidh was clean, just a bad outcome. Just a good, big heavy hit there, no complaints.

Thought the hit on Marchand by Hathaway was cheap. Very unfortunate outcome for Marchy, but don’t see any supplemental discipline coming. It was penalized on the ice for what it was, a cheap hit. Frustrating that the referee who was right there watching it didn’t make the call, the referee 200 feet away dude. Ridiculous. Hopefully Marchy doesn’t miss much time, should have an update today I’d imagine.

McAvoy had a great game. Big hit thrown in response after the Wilson hit, and nice snipe on the GWG after a sweet feed from DeBrusk.

Ullmark was terrible.

Agreed. The Bruins have been manhandled all season. They need a couple larger framed guys who can throw down. Other teams know this roster is soft. Our star players have been targeted all season because they know there won’t be any retribution.

Agree...obnoxious...really wanted Bills to win..

Bizarre they don't give a team to match or beat a score..should have same offensive opportunities like we have in CFL
