If Matthew Stafford can stay healthy the Rams should be the Super Bowl Champions...
Their defense is so damn good, and Stafford is a stud especially with McVay
Bills Rams Super Bowl and I hate to say it but the Rams win... - Stripes77
Just kick it down a few gears. It's week 3. |

I didn't think he took any position. It seems as though he was just reporting what he has heard, which of course is what people want him to hear. - Slump Buster
"when you have a star player like this and a team that can't agree on this, and this player who is a star player that can drive a franchise is in someways held back from playing because they can't agree on a surgery".
The implication of the bolded is that Eichel is being held back from playing by the Sabres. It's a very player-centric take |

It sounds like (from earlier comments) that Eichel is being held back because the insurance company doesn’t want to back $50 mill on a surgery never preformed on an NHL player….
Jack won’t take it to arbitration because he likely knows the outcome.
At this point, even if there was a team that would go along with jack’s surgery, would the insurance company backing the contract still be holding him up? |

I really don't see anyway that Eichel plays again this year. The Sabres or Eichel will not back down on their stances regarding surgery.
There has to be more to the story. Like others are say Insurance has to be saying no to the Eichel Surgery too or really what to the Sabres have to gain by not letting Eichel have that surgery? what would they care? They have all ready said they are trading the player...
This whole thing is a mess.. Only the Sabres can have this poop happen to them.

The rooooomer is that the doctors Eichel went to see on the west coast earlier this month are affiliated with an interested team. So it's possible multiple teams would have the same issue as the Sabres. Also, true if huge |

I think whatever it is, the team and insurance company have the leverage and everyone knows it

Manning
Rodgers
Brady
Brees.
Imo.
Since I was born in 95 I can’t speak too much on the previous century but just looking at numbers Marino and Montana probably give Brady a run too. Elway is probably somewhere up there as well.
We’ll see where the likes of Mahomes, Herbert, Allen fall as their careers progresses.

There is no such thing as greatest of all time when it comes to QB. Greatest of each era is more like it. If Brady, Brees, or Rodgers played in the 60's 70' 80' or 90's they probably would have retired in their low to mid 30's. They didn't protect the QB's back then like they do now. You can say that about WR's as well. |

That's a good thing to hear, hopefully it translates to game situations. We could use a productive Skinner. |

Well, the last two years he has only earned 20 million dollars. It's about time he decided to engage himself in practice. But, many people think he is a nice guy. He's got the look or something. |

Unless he plays DB then I can’t see how that helps.
Their offence is still the 2nd most efficient in the league through 3 weeks just behind the Rams.
Chiefs defence though is the worst in football, and it isn’t close right now. |
