If Weissbach puts pressure on guys and is a viable third line option that can play in a pinch and be cheap I’ll take it.
- Pegullaville

Oh I’ll agree with that. I’m just saying I’m not expecting a constant 1/2 line guy from him.

Man if Davidsson didn’t have injury issues, and Mitts takes a step that would’ve been a very impressive draft

All of them would’ve signed pro deals and more than likely play NHL games

It's humorous that for this season, being cheap isn't as great as it normally is.

I’ll be fully moved to London in a few weeks.

Gonna cuck myself and get tickets each time Kingston is in town and watch Shane Wright.

Sorry I should reword that, because you are absolutely correct.

If Weissbach can stop this organization from overpaying the Eakins and Reiders of the world and allows us not to deal a two 3rd rounders for Jimmy Vesey I’ll be happy.

Preseason, but damn.

76.9 xGF% at 5v5 for the Quinn-Cozens-Peterka line, the best of any Sabres line tonight

- ImThatGuy

By Quinn sucks I’m told. A turnover machine I read a few pages back….

Don't really care if their philosophy is different, but I do think cost is part of it.

Point here is really that the best AHL teams are carried by vets. When injuries start to hit, Roch is going to be pretty barren.

- Lunaion

So what you said here is you don't buy their reasoning as you think their being cheap, which is of course also possible, and you're concerned about Rochester being good...?

South West London.

Closest major intersection is Southdale and Wharncliffe Rd. Staying with my fiancé’s parents until we figure out a permanent living solution.

My new office where I’ll be reporting to is a stone throw away from Budweiser Gardens

You want Rochester competitive absolutely.

UPL got murdered last year in the AHL.

If you don’t want him here getting killed nightly, you don’t want it happening here n the A either.

Incredible shootout goal, but yea Quinn was mostly average with a few good moments. I counted 5 turnovers in the third period alone.

My boy Cozens had his fair share of down moments tonight too, no bias involved on my end

Peterka was great throughout, he drove that line tonight and was very impressive

This started with me commenting about Roch contending for the Calder. I guess it can shift into the Sabres losing a ton of $ last season and likely again this season and cutting costs wherever they can. Does anyone really doubt that though?

I really don't care that much about any of this. They aren't trying to win in the NHL, so there's no reason to care about their depth and AHL results...so long as UPL isn't getting shelled every night.

you're right...didn't single kagm out but railed on the sabres beginning with this doozy:

"This team man. Jesus Christ"

followed by

"They once again, whiff on getting long term value when they will need it."

and

"There was little to no risk giving him a long term extension now

But the Sabres will eventually pay for playing it conservatively"

eventually winding it down with

"How in the world do we know what Dahlin wants/thinks at this point ?

Why do people keep alluding to this being Dahlin pushing a shorter term deal

For all we know Dahlin wanted 7-8 years, the team wanted 1 and they met in the middle"

my big money 12 team league, picked up beasley and dumped pittman on waivers

am I crazy for thinking about rolling him as the flex as I already have allen and diggs?

3-0 in first place with highest scoring team in league

I'd be playing him over rb davis and j williams, conner, wr davis

cole is due for a TD

Bills have one of the easiest strength of schedules remaining in the league.

I also have Beasley on my bench and I think I may start him this week. Debating between him and Tim Patrick

Nice man, that will be fun. Lots of cool restaurants down town. Milos’ Pub is amazing and he is the original beer connoisseur of London.
