He's made it clear that he wants to play in the Olympics one day He's on the same page as the sabers and then the next hes not it's like someone's feeding him bad information

Maybe his parents are screwing his mind up about the replacement surgery? Lindros' parents were pretty powerful with him.

Buffalo really likes michkov have him ranked 1 ( but Obviously that could change lol in 2023 )
They have been loading up scouts in Russia and making an atmosphere where the players have friends.

I also like Savoie

- gerbe75pts

Yeah I was talking this years draft.

I don’t think Michkov over Bedard is a stretch either tbh he’s been absolutely incredible everywhere. But like you mentioned we have 2 years before that decision

Its going to a great year to get this rebuild going and replace jack buffalo doesn't care about this year at all they're going all in for wright .

And if they don't win the lottery There's 2 players that can make up for that

Wright is in a tier of his own IMO

Savoie would give this team a legitimate top line prospect though which is needed.

Oh btw Dahlin rejected a long term deal that would have payed him a little more then heiskanen

So basically it's up to Buffalo to get their act together

Sorry for that depressing news

It will be intense like the tank year was for me as the losses increase and the battle for last increases. That was the most interesting record-watching year in years.

They're going to do everything possible to make sure they finish last

They had ideas about trading for a center just for Leadership but decided they will go with Girgensons

Jack all over again without him having a long-term deal. Hopefully, they build better and not with crap FA pieces.

I don't think it is like Jack all over again. I don't blame him for wanting a short term show-me deal. I think that by the end of that term our pipeline will be loaded and we will be ready to do some damage.

Knowing they tried to get him long term gives me a sliver of hope of the competency of our management A.K. (After Kreuger)

Oh no I understand that, it’s just even if you finish last you still have pretty low odds of Wright.

Of course Buffalo wins the lottery in the year it was better to pick 7th

I can't imagine trading goalies again just because they were playing good. I was on board with the tank the first time.... it would be tough to go through again if it was that obvious. I don't think it will feel like the last one.

"They're all in to tank the next 2 years for Wright and Michcov"

"Dahlin only signed short term to see if they get their act together"

Both of these have a slim chance of happening at the same time.
