You were bragging about how much you like the non-sports related flame wars. Now you don't? Go out to your driveway, sit in your car, blast some Joy Division or whatever other poopty music you like and beat up your dash board until you cheer up freak show. For the record, your triggered replies are hilarious. - Hatboro_Swords

Sorry if late...
There are two (2) Insurances we are talking about:
- Health Insurance - covers the cost of medical surgery
- Business Insurance - covers Contracts in the event a Person under contract cannot fulfill their contract for personal services.
Both are issues.
Health Insurance.
Replacement does not yet have the same data that Fushion has, given that it has only been done for 10+ years vs 30+ years.
My cousin, Reg Sales Mgr for implanted devices for spinal surgery, runs into this all the time. Health Insurance companies want minimal risk and lots and lots of data points and more to support it. Fushion has it.
Replacement isn't there yet..but will get there for sure, especially neck vs lower back scenarios. Health insurance will wait until more data points are available and prove as effective and about the same costs.
Contract/Business Insurance isn't going to insure the Contract if the recommended Surgery determined by experts isn't followed. If Jack goes rogue, he is on his own...lime Michael said, a $50m gamble. - IonSabres

But, would you be ok with Pegula selling the team to Elon Musk or Carl Paladino or any other owner that would have a clear direction for the team's identity?
