I remember going to this place in Ottawa where they used rubber balls (no paint). those hurt pretty bad, and the only crotch protection you had was a little pouch they gave you to put your ammo in. fun times lol

yeah, it was one of my first times going to that kind of thing and it wasn't something that I had thought about, thankfully nothing bad happened but still I quickly realized it's pretty smart to have your junk protected under such circumstances...
