I see scientist at Perdue have invented paint that is so white, it could eliminate the need for some AC's in buildings. The paint reflects 98.1% of solar radiation while also emitting infared heat. Painting a roof area of about 1000 square ft coult result in a cooling power of 10 kilowatts. More powerful than most household AC's.

Dont go biking yet.
Rest. Elevate it when resting or sleeping.
So some hammy stretches - gently.
Ice and compression.
Scotch.

If after a couple of days you notice no improvements. Book an appt with Doc.

However, its already been over week. So it may be Doc time.....or a rehab place

Normally its a slow moving river were we are, 36 hours of rain made it a bout 130 feet wide and not very swimmable.
So I don't have adult size life jackets, just ones that fit my grandkids.

I’ve had issue with my sciatica the last few months, I’ve had on and off issues for the last couple years but the latest one hasn’t healed since April. I can’t bend over in the morning to put my socks on without wincing in pain.

Morning are the worst but as the day goes on it warms a bit and I get more flexible so I just keep pushing my issues down the road.

Have I gone to a chiropractor or doctor? No, because I’m a moron and won’t take the time off work to get help.
