I think these kids are fully embracing putting their own stamp on this team, and that's some of the best news we could all have hoped for.

There aren’t many teams, if any, better suited for fringe NHL players/younger roster players to grab a job and run with it.

Good things come when you least expect it. The hope for this coming season in my eyes is Cozens establishing himself as a legit 2C, Mitts as a 2C/3C, Dahlin as a #1, and Joker as a top 4.

Hopefully Peterka, Quinn, Samuelsson, Laaksonen, and UPL lead a Calder contender on the farm.

WJC should feature Power, Rosen, Poltapov, Konecny, and possibly Kisakov and Peterka (if the Sabres let him go).

Start watching highlights of Wright, Savoie, Lambert, Yurov and hope.

In the meantime take the Bills pill, in my case the Broncos wildcard pill, and kick back and watch the show

Well said Pegulaville. Being a long suffering Sabres (and Bills) fan, this is where we are at. If Adams holds steady and doesn't rush it like Murray did, we can actually come out of this in good shape. But this won't be for another 2 or 3 years. Sabres fans everywhere will be tested.

In other S FL news 🙃...
F1 race in MyYammy confirmed for next season, course running around Hard Rock/Dolphins Stadium. That should be quite a spectacle.

And about $650 for good seats. Crazy how expensive f1 tix are. (frank) that, way better on tv.
- TheHank

I went to Silverstone this year and they kept going on about how there are affordable tickets etc

Yeah maybe if you go Friday for practice but race day even the cheapest tickets on the grass were expensive

There were no stand alone toilets only portaloos

And as it was part of the Covid event scheme they said there are hand sanitizing stations everywhere...... technically true just they were empty by 1030

Surprisingly the food was not too overpriced

F1 now is more for the experience than the race......unless you are dutch and they are crazy

Alot of Instagram models or wannabe models posing just to say ha look where I am

Yeah it's insane. I cant stomach it. Mediocre tix for this years American gp are 650 for the race, a poopy run down motel an hour outside of town is 300 a night and everything in between is jacked up too. It was going to be over 3000 just for my wife and I to go for the weekend before food and anything else. (frank) that. Going to the Bill's game in Nashville instead.

I agree, The Don seems to have a great read on these guys. Keep them motivated and celebrating little successes in an overall challenging season.

If 89's post is accurate about the Cyotes interest in Eichel;
Soderstrom, Guenther and their '22-1st would do it for me.
However, about $7.5m - $8.0m cap would need to come back...
Unless Adams got creative and extended Routs for a couple $m's...
How ironic would it be for Phil Kessel to be included in a Jack trade, lol.

I can't imagine a scenario where they would go through all this trouble to tank and then give up their top pick.

That said, imagine they would. Would you give up Jack for the top two of their three picks? I think I would.

soderstrom, guenther, 2022 first rd pick from colorado, 2022 second rd pick from nucks

they can add lou eriksson for cap relief

My guess is Hayton, Maccelli, cap dump, two firsts (Colorado’s and Carolina’s)

That would be quite the haul, and I don’t think you get all of that for Eichel. Homie is right, prolly a different first is a must

Probably gonna be a sh!t return with conditions. Doubt we get anyone's top prospects. I would say B prospects and a high draft pick, depending on conditions Jack meets. Might be a cap dump in there too.
