Thomas Lukasczuk, former deputy Premier of Alberta, under the Conservatives, is recommending people only drive if necessary, as there is no assurances you would get into a hospital if you got into a serious car accident.

Standouts from the first skate of Group B: Podkolzin/Miller duo, Rathbone, Persson and Lockhart. Also loved seeing the quick chemistry Schenn and Rathbone seem to have. Mentoring a new dynamic defenceman after Hughes #Canucks

Just read a story this morning of an Arizona ICU nurse that worked directly with COVID patients and never got it. She was forced to take the vaccination for fear of losing her job and died shortly after from clotting. Very sad. No job is worth your life.

Hearing a 26 yr old female in Central AB reluctantly took the jab (forced by work) and didn't wake up the next day...

My buddy from Port Co. almost didn't make my Dad's funeral due to clotting in his foot from his first jab. His doctor has put him on a medical exemption for the 2nd dose which he probably won't get now.

Side effects are more common than people think just not widely reported by the media. One needs to be careful which is why the choice to make that call on your own body is so paramount.

I'm fine with people not taking the vaccine just don't clog the hospitals.

Agree. Unvaccinated and get covid? Just power through it and self isolate. When you recover you can rejoin society. Simple.

If some don't want to take the jabs, that is there choice, but expect ramifications.
Those that do get vaccinated are now being denied access to surgeries, and this will start affecting the freedoms we enjoy, except now we may have to consider whether we can actually enjoy those freedoms, when considering the risk of an accident, that could end up leading to a need for a hospital visit.
It could also lead to some not getting a job, because of not being vaccinated. Yes, I know, my body my choice.
Some jobs require a Alcohol and drug test to get that job, those tests are my breath and my urine, that is okay?
How about those that may have other illnesses, such as immunodeficiency and are having to turn down work, because of low vaccinations rates at the jobsite they are trying to work at.
There are many other examples of other people's rights and freedoms being ,or going to be denied, because 13% of the population won't get vaccinated.

And by the way, I am waiting for a knee replacement, but have been informed that it won't happen anytime soon, because of the covid patients and with no end in sight, it could be quite some time before I get a knee replacement.

As you mentioned awhile back, I have contacted a lawyer, thanks for that advise.

Who said anything about the media?

Our town halls have been reporting on subsequent side effects not only provincially but globally. These rare cases or death or severe reaction are tragic, but again, they are rare. It should be noted still that people have less of a chance of any sort of adverse reaction to the vaccine than woman do with birth control, the risk is incredibly low.

OJ puts OEL to shame in bag skate and not in a good way.

I think players whose first names start with the letter O should be exempt from bag skates

It is the exception. Though sad, it is less likely that someone dies from the vaccine than from the virus.

When you go to your doctor to fill out some forms for your employer, he or she will usually charge you for doing a couple pages of one word answers. They hate doing this which is why they started charging extra for it. The VAERS report is an incredibly long document that takes at a minimum of 30 minutes if you abbreviated the details. How many doctors are going to take the time to do it when they know it goes against the narrative. So much for accurate reporting during this supposed trial phase.

I'm not a doctor, nor am I claiming to be. I claim to have knowledge closer to the source than people who get their information from Facebook or the news as the provincial town halls that I attend produce facts, address employee questions, and clarify different global speculation rumors in regards to covid19, side effects, treatments, etc

The fact still remains that severe or adverse side effects from the vaccine are extremely rare. You don't need to be a doctor to come to that conclusion. I really don't appreciate any sort of condescending remarks either as I have sympathy for those who have to deal with those said side effects, but it still doesn't take away from the fact that it's rare.

It's probably not reported by the media because the media investigated it and discovered it was bullshit, just like they investigated if Nicki Minaj's cousins best friends brother's nuts swelled up.

The population of B.C. is about ~5 million. About 80% of people 12+ are double vaxxed - this means there are 4 million people in B.C. already vaccinated without that many issues other than what's to be expected. If you count the world, there are even more people that are vaccinated than not (in places where it is available*) - and many of us are still alive without issues. The vaccine was also prioritized for the elderly, and it looks like all of our elderly are doing pretty well. There are also more stories of people dying than there are of side effects - but the "vaccine-hesitant" people will still use the few outlier cases to create a story about why they aren't sure. The reason people in B.C. are still relatively safe is because the majority of the population have done their part to help society return back to normal-lite. If someone still isn't vaccinated yet without a valid medical reason despite seeing all the needless and tragic deaths, the broken families, nothing will change their minds. It's called the pandemic of the unvaccinated now for a good reason.

Penicillin has been shown to cause fatal anaphylaxis at a rate of 500 to 1000 deaths per year. Yet people still receive it.

There have been rare cases of deaths from the measles vaccine in children who are immune compromised.

People die by the thousands daily from motor vehicle accidents, yet people still drive every day knowing they don’t have to.

I was in sidney a few days ago with the kids, just walking around. There is a gourmet hotdog place right on the main strip! I was going to PM you but forgot lol. It's called Scottys Dog Shack.
