Like I said, cannibalize Cheektowaga high school's yard/fields and promise them practice facility use for their games, demolish that ridiculous hotel, cannibalize some adjacent businesses. Give them a cut of the profits for the length of lease they're giving up.

When's the last time you were there? There's a kinda cool restaurant area that makes you feel like your not in buffalo. I havent been there in years....

Provide a shuttle to and from the stadium, or a rail.

But the location of the highway makes this a no brainer for me. It's literally right there.

Also, I was not serious about my concrete question but thanks for responding.

Most interesting thing I've read about concrete recently is that they're infusing it with CO2 to reduce emissions and it actually makes the concrete way stronger apparently.

Yup. By products from factories. A way to seal it off and not hurt the concrete. I think it makes it harder to finish though.
