And supporting the team for this amount of time and actually not been born into this mess , shows that you are a true fan. 🤝
It wasnt a dig on your location, but not hearing the inside scoop on these guys.
I know ek9's tow truck driver and heard a great scoop. He leases women cars ,by co-signing , then let's them repo when hes finished with them.
Would get dropped off at the barber by 1 (10) and picked by another (10) when getting his hair cut
Jack blew off the junior Sabres the next day after signing a 80 million $ deal. I know the organization.
Guy can't wave to the parking attendant at the rink. Every other human does.
You hear things around here. Some bs some interesting.
Sam , 1 staged phone call and he's a hero 😀😀😀
Not the case. - Boss34
I just don't think that's the only thing he's done. Reports of him being the true captain behind closed doors during a very brutal season shows character. Being the first to welcome Cozens shows character. I'm sure he's done some good things around the city of Buffalo that I'm not privy to as well. I just don't get a sense that he's not a general decent human being, even if it took a few years for him to grow into it. Add on top of it that he's a top 20-30 RW in the game today, sucks it didn't work out while he was here. Wish him the best in Fla, and hope the pieces coming back help the Sabres, which will be many years away.

do you also have road rage? - homiedclown
LOL, somewhat. I hate those drivers that you let go at an intersection or something and they don't wave. That grinds my gears. No blinker people suck too.
I'm angry, I just don't chase anyone down about it.

From what I've read (on the interweb) it's exactly the opposite.
The reason I think they are hesitant is there is no data to support it is better for a Hockey player.
The fusion has more of a possibility for future complications from what I have read on the interweb - DirtyDan
Didn't know that honestly. I was just basing off what they're doing. If the team doc advised the risk was similar either way or even lesser on the replacement side, why all the hubbub?
meh...people seem to get offended when the outcome doesn't go their way...we're all well aware of what's transpired the last 10 years, but we're also not fully (or even close to being) aware of what happened behind the scenes...nor are we even close to knowing what's going on inside the head's of individual players...
save for poor, poor jack who has nothing to be happy about...supreme doucheyness - Michael Pachla
Mike, I have to say this makes a lot of sense and I completely agree!
A lot of people on here would be crying their eyes out if Dahlin hadn't been signed before camp opened!
Sorry you can't defend Sam blindly and relentlessly as a sabre anymore.
Maybe you can still jam his entire body down your throat at once? He's Just in florida now. Still a good distance from you.
Never asked for an autograph. Never wanted his autograph.
As you probably know, he wouldnt take a photo with my friends teenage daughter. At the arena shortly after he worked at his job. Arrogant and cocky...
"My girlfriend wouldnt like it"
Also , almost arrested with jack at freight world. Hammered beyond belief.
Just a few gems, from a great guy on a staged phone call. - Boss34
Who was part of a team that was gutter trash and helped lead them there but some still want to lick his balls whether their tongues get sunburned or not while he is in Florida.

Same as Risto, Eichel, Girgs, KO, and every other player. Or you could see them for who they are. If you don't think Reinhart is a good hockey player, I'm not going to try and convince you he is. But the same will go for all these other players who have failed to elevate if we're going to judge a team sport on one individual at a time.

Well said. Can throw RoR on the pile too. He didn't help us to anything...drove STL to a Cup instead.

MY POINT EXACTLY.... If they are trading and he is going to be viewed as damaged goods either way, get what you can get and move on, we have not won shat with him...
I am done with the Eichel crap. get a few #1's and a few prospects and move the frank on, let him get a lobotomy for all I care.

I'm generally curious who you would "defend" as a Sabres player, management, or owner over the course of the last 4/5 years. Or are they all unredeemable b-holes who deserve what they got.

If he recovers though, why damaged goods? I liked Hanks idea of him playing in the Olympics as an example, but we could definitely raise value from here. No?

Could be. Also people do grow up and people also change.
Never really heard a nice thing about the guy. Nothing about being involved in the community.
I know he helped at the children's hospital, which is more than I've done at the hospital. I applaud that.
The only "nice things" were mentioned by the management. Which, kinda is salesmanship.

I thought he was very courteous with fan engament whenever I encountered him. Your boy Zemgus, too, is generous with his time. Maybe Reinhart was just having a bad day when he encountered your friend's daughter.

It happens. - Hank Balling
That's fair. He may have had a bad game.
That happened probably 5 or 6 years ago.
I've met quite a few of these guy's thru out the years. Buffalo Bill's too.
Brad May quite possibly was the most down to earth guy around. Worked with him indirectly.
Saw him during the preskate when the Coyotes were in town. He sent the time keeper over and took our information , let us meet some of the players outside the lockerroom with family and friends.
Met Jeremy roenick, claude lemieux...

NHL has concluded its investigation of allegations that San Jose Sharks forward Evander Kane gambled on League games, having found no evidence to support those allegations, or allegations that Mr. Kane made any effort to negatively impact his own Club’s games.
