I dunno what's worse... people not understanding the blog at all, or people thinking that Ek should be writing about how crappy a team is. He's writing a positive review on the possibility of why a team might win the cup. Give the guy a break, i think if the stars align, he did a great job of factoring in possible reasons why. I mean, i guess you all predicted Montreal in the finals last year, and would be much better at this right? I myself find it intriguing and informative to hear one man's opinion. Quit slamming him for it.

Brendan Perlini...prior to last year he was a capable 2nd/3rd line winger? Try again. Last year he struggled in the Swiss league. Prior to last year, he played 40 games for Detroit and scored 1 goal. So how many more years should we go back? He's nothing more than a borderline NHL'er providing cheap depth. But maybe I'm missing something.
