Untrue... Strome is quicker/ faster.
Teply' never played centre, where you have to skate more all over.
Teply' is the last one up whether it is after he had a scoring chance and is suppose to pick up a check, or if he is his end and has to get back down.
Sure, when he is doing his "Ron Sedlbauer swoop" asa mid ice he gets into the attack.
To think he is Strome equal or an NHLer at this point is pissing in the wind. Your trousers/shorts are getting wet. - wiz1901
No, he isn't. No one said he is a NHL player yet or Strome's equal. But then, you think Strome is good. He isn't.
By the time Strome gets in the play, its already over and Strome can't win a board battle to save his life.
In short. Strome suck and his skating is far from NHL quality. He turns like I do. |

I didn’t see any of it, but just curious who was behind the bench? |

Dach weakness are areas he can improve. What is hard to teach is the ability to find open ice and be available. Dach did that quite well. TBF, he probably isn't used to getting the passes Reichel kept putting on his stick just yet. - Elbows15
We were criticized for that pick by other fan bases after the draft. However, I like what I saw with Dach's performance this weekend especially considering his age relative to others on the same ice. |

The Allan pick was the one criticized. And rightly so. It was a terrible pick. There were better options available with higher upside. Especially D-men if that is what they were looking to draft.
Dach went pretty much around where he was expected to go. Allan was a huge reach. And looked it in the games. Regula, Phillips, Galvas and Crevier all looked better.
Del Mastro and Allan did look a bit better in the 2nd game. |

I’ve seen Teply play a couple of games, great shot but very slow, not sure who is faster, Strome or Teply. Whoever has the most speed between these two is like being the tallest midget. |

Kane say's he knew nothing about the sex allegations
https://www.tsn.ca/patric...ult-allegations-1.1694746 - LAHawk
Daly said, "Since these allegations arose, I think the Blackhawks as an organization have handled everything in the right way and they’ve taken the proper steps. We’ll see at the end of the day what comes of it.”
Dots will be along to tell us Daly is lying, and also that he's not accusing anyone of anything.

Very welcome news
@MarkLazerus
Nothing but positive reports about Jonathan Toews' conditioning as informal workouts continue. In fact, three people in and around the team have told me that he looks particularly strong. "He's absolutely jacked," one person told me. "Ripped." |

Anything is possible but I don’t expect to see Reichel on the Blackhawks roster to start the season. He’d need to show how much better the team is with him compared to several veterans, plus they Hawks should (and likely will) consider what’s best for Reichel’s long-term development.
At the forward positions I think the Hawks can be excited about Reichel and Teply’s potential as top-6 or middle-6 forwards. There are also a few prospects who could get a cup of coffee this season in the Hawks bottom-6 (I’m thinking of Slavin). - DarthKane 3 out of Borgstrom, Nylander, Gaudette, Kurashev, Connolly, Strome, and Carpenter would have to be "someplace else" to make room for Reichel. If you want Reichel to play Center it becomes more complicated.
I would give him an entire year in Rockford perhaps minus a game or two. I wouldn't get close to 10 games because it could make a mess of things. Everything changes if some of those guys are moved or there are a couple of injuries. |

If he's physically and mentally ready for The Show, AND he's better than three of them, he should stay, imo. |

Which means what? Too old to recover from an illness? The Hawks shouldn't re-sign him in two years? Fans shouldn't be encouraged by positive reports about a guy who many feared might have a life threatening illness? |

Another Stan Fail - Perlini
Per EK on Oilers: The Oilers also added more tenacity with the addition of Warren Foegele. It took alot to get Foegele, but he is another guy who can net double-digit goals while playing a responsible game.. Finally...getting Brendan Perlini was another sneaky move. While he struggled in Detroit, prior to last season he was a VERY capable second/third-line player. |

In 39 games Perlini had one goal and 3 assists, and a minus 18. Those are capable 2/3 line numbers? Another Stan fail, should of kept Kampf for 2c/3c duties.

Going straight to the NHL wasn't an issue for Debrincat and it doesn't appear to be a problem for Dach.
If the German is good enough to play in the NHL he should be playing in the NHL regardless of some arbitrary requirement to spend time in the AHL. He's already played against men in Europe and in the WC. |
