JJ and Murray looked good to me though it’s tough to tell in this type of lower end player setting. It’s easy to compare Murray to Tage cuz of height, but he did remind me of Tage with less flash but potentially more grit/production

I really think he was getting terrible advice, and wouldn't be surprised if his agents went rogue with the "we expected a deal to be done by now" public statement and it led directly to him poopcanning them. It's been radio silence since then. Someone talked some sense into him.

If he doesn't show up for team physicals he doesn't paid right? If he fails, he goes on IR. If he passes we can put the last 9 months behind us and move forward with Jack as the "C". This would make me very happy.

In 3yrs if a top RD doesn't come back in a Eichel trade.

If Jack is traded, and no future 1st pairing RhD comes back as a prospect, nor selected with draft picks ...then in 2 years time hopefully the FA market will have one for them to sign.
Okposo will be gone, as will Miller after this season ... that is $9.5+ right there.

I’d let Peterka and Quinn (please move him back to the wing btw) develop chemistry in Rochester this year.

I’d even let JJ through the “C” on his chest and give it another go with Germany at the WJC and try to carry that team to a medal

Murray is 23 and has a couple years of AHL experience. Of course he looked good vs kids. Tage can Atleast skate. Murray is slow vs pros

Yes the team has a option to suspend him. I would be in utter shock if Jack puts that jersey on for the Sabres ever again. But hey it's the Sabres so you never now.

Jack- well you know jack eichel was injured. Now jack eichel is healthy. Love the city and organization, happy to be back.

Guess I was sleeping on this, but I didn’t know Tage played for team USA this spring IIHF. Didn’t watch any games or highlights, but it looks like he put up very mediocre stats, advanced stats not great either
