What Percentage do you give Peterka on making the opening day roster.
I say about 15-20% right know but if he goes into Camp flying like at the challenge and isn't being pushed around physically that number goes up dramatically quicker IMO. - Buff36
I don’t see it happening
We already have enough nhl forwards
More might even be added in an Eichel return
Let the kids (with eligibility) continue to develop
No need for them to be up here getting their butts kicked in every night |

This is where I am at as well.
He will get some preseason games in but let him play in Rochester. That being said he could very well see NHL games later in the season. |

I think we should do a friendly bet thing as to when Eichel gets traded. I mean, it's only the biggest thing in the NHL right now and we all have wondered when it will be. We could all put a date and month down and see who either nails it or comes closest.
Whoever wants to design it and run it go for it.
Edit: There could be an extra bonus part as to who he gets traded to |

5% or less
Remember he was doing it against kids. - Stripes77
The Challenge yes, but he's been playing against men for 2yrs, and I was surprised how much more he filled out physically himself. If he has a good camp. I don't know. |

As a packer fan, it’s more just self realization. |

I’m all for calling him (and others) up throughout the season
UPL should be in Rochester as well imo |

I have no problem with him being in Rochester. But if he carries that swagger into Camp and looks to be able to physically keep up and he is producing why not just let him keep growing with those players, he's the one who's growing with this team not Caggs or Hinostra or Eakin |

I got the sarcasm, just boy o boy any actual fan could see a QB playing at an MVP season doesn’t need more WRs. He needs guys that aren’t gonna give up 50 yard bombs for the last play of a half to 4th wrs |

I get the idea donnie and kevyn are working together in decisions.
Training camp though, they may have different visions.
Donnie - top 18 and 2 best goalies
Kevyn- top old veterans and 2 goalies that get us a top 3 pick. Not introduce the kids to losing already. |

I'm on the fence with skimmer. Was it really just a bad relationship with the coach? Was the coach right benching him for bad habits?
Doubt he really wants to finish his career in buffalo and it was a nice gesture to waive for the expansion.
If he really wants to be here, maybe he helps with leadership... - Boss34
Skinner's a one dimensional player with no real interest in changing. I'm sure it's driven all his coaches mad. I don't expect that to change now, but I don't expect Granato to fight it.

That contract is still a head scratcher. Must have come from the top down.
Max term deals should be saved for guys who have proven it for years. Not a 1/2 season and a bad injury.
Were not talking about okmoulson speed dropoff here. |

Most players are one-dimensional in all honesty.
However, most players don't score goals. If that's what he does best, then you put him in a position to do that.
Not every player needs to be a defensive forward, FFS.
Ovechkin is one of the most one-dimensional players ever, but he also might still break the all-time goals scored record, so who cares?
