He should have had the surgery prior to the world juniors if it was that serious. Which leads me to believe they did clean up work for him at the end of the year so that way he can be ready for this season.

Depends on the hernia, a sports hernia is different from a traditional hernia. It impacts your lower core and pretty much everything you do. Tweaked mine originally in beer league but it bothers me when I golf also. Proper stretching before activities and rest helps, but I alway seem to aggravate it and then I’m sore for days. Can’t imagine doing anything at a high level if you have a full tear down there.

I have been dealing with one for about a year. I definitely need surgery. I cant sleep on my sides. While it does feel better from when i hurt it. Its not getting back to 100%. i feel like 80 to 85%

Kid has already shown more leadership than Jack ever has. They're putting him in a position to succeed. Side note - I am biased as my Cozens jersey just arrived in the mail today. He's going to be the best leader we've had since Peca.
