I know that this refers to a broad cross section of people (here and in real life), but humorous all the same.

She will probably lose. No one is talking about the18 year old. Isn’t that more impressive?

Here’s a better one, and more appropriate for this dysfunctional crowd.

If she loses, that's okay, she's had a great tournament. We like cheering for the Canadians so we can let others talk about the 18 year old. Go ahead, the floor is yours to talk about how impressive it is.

The media isnt covering the impressive young lady from Britain. That is all. She deserves credit. They got a bit carried away. Just saw it’s over. Fun while it lasted

Another freedom taken away by an authoritarian regime. Disgraceful that people are allowing it. It's time to attack healthcare workers and restaurants. They are the bootlickers in our rights being trampled on.

Which media? The Canadian media covering a Canadian making the finals at Wimbledon?

Or are you talking British or American coverage? I haven't paid attention.

Seems like a weird thing to complain about. But yeah, media bad, right?

Remarkable and similar paths for both teenagers. One ranked 73 one ranked 150 . I told the wife she would never see a more unlikely Grand Slam final ever again.

Regardless of the media and the coverage the winners were the fans and the players who will receive 1.25 mil and 2.5 mil.

Usually when the # 150 is beating the # 97 there is not a lot of media writing about it.

Fernandez beat the # 3 #2 #6 and # 16 while Raducanu highest ranked player was # 17 I believe. That is why they didn't cover it as much.

I admire your desire to finally seek gainful employment.

But I think you would be better off spending some time in an alcohol and drug treament program first until you are clean. Then you won't have to worry about failing blood and urine tests when you search for work.

I do a bit of Marijuana about a 5 years, for medicinal purposes, so believe me, I am never worried about passing a drug test and I don't drink if I have to work.
Obviously my point flew right over your head.

That and one is Canadian, so the Canadian media does tend to follow Canadian atheletes. Go figure.
