In what world is a perennial selke nominee not worth 5.5aav? I don’t disagree that he’s a middling 2nd line guy or top tier 3rd liner, mostly because he doesn’t put up points. If he just wanted out of Montreal so be it, but to say he’s not worth the money is a bit ridiculous. It’s not his fault Montreal lacked a top line center to push him down the depth chart.

Dudes outlook on KK is contradicts itself. Basically states the obvious he’s not currently worth the money but will eventually be worth it. Then when talking about his development blames MB, but also calls KK a spoiled brat.

All I really got from this is, every player to leave Montreal for whatever reason is entitled and thinks they’re better than they are because Montreal’s roster forces players to play higher up the depth chart than they’re capable of or ready for. Indicating a lack of top tier talent. Then basically attributing any success the team has to his love child Carey Price.
