The past couple of years hes been more invested in all aspects of the game...not just scoring. He defends....not all the time but more than ever, hes considered a great leader, hes a big physical threat.

Absolutely brutal. The team was over the cap by about 18 million and won the cup

Take Marner off the PK, we don’t need him for that. Rather save his energy for other parts of the game.

Neither are getting traded anytime soon I wouldn’t think. If 1 goes it would be Marner if I had to guess...just because of the way the contract negotiations were handled etc.

Also that stupid face while getting hit in the post season by the habs and the fact he’s on the video game cover a second time is going to make the opposition target him highly in every game.
