I'd put Ohlund up in the ROH long before I'd ever do Edler, at least Ohlund knew when it was time to hang them up and never refused to waive his NTC/NMC when he could have been traded to help make the team better.

I used to spare on an old guys team, but since Covid the roster size has shrunk and I never get the call anymore.

Looking forward to getting out again though.

I just do free skates now. Covid messed that up good last year. I retired from Hockey at 40 with my last groin tear. Realized the mind and body were in 2 different places and neither was listening to the other....and never would.

You should play out. All the retired NHLers who still play the odd game all talk about how if they played in goal guys try extra hard to beat them. Go hard to the net, slap shot from the slot etc. takes the fun away.
