Mine is 3 years old and I've had to have it repaired 3 different times. Not a cheap one either, stainless steel 4 zone WiFi blah blah.

Yeah. We had this microwave. It was big, chrome, curved and had a pretty display panel. When we saw it we loved it. It was the add-in to the package. You got it for free. Because we got it for free with the package, the no-lemon policy didn't apply. It was the worst of the bunch. It was serviced 6 times in 5 years and at the advice of the technicians who came out to fix it, as soon as it broke after 5 years we threw it out (the advice was, "This piece of poop is more expensive to fix than it's worth. Buy a new one once the warranty is up.").

An example of poor engineering: A fuse blew. They had to disassemble the entire thing to replace the fuse, because it was behind the motor.

Another example: The light burnt out. They had disassemble the entire thing and remove the gd motor to replace the light bulb.

We looked at LG and GE for the fridge. Our cleaning lady said she had trouble getting service on her warranty for the LG. The salesperson said LG hasn't certified a lot of repair people. We liked both so got GE

They were the top two rated in Consumer Reports.

This line is hysterical and utterly disingenuous. Bret Weinstein has been vaxxed more than most people on the planet as he's been on countless excursions to various remote areas on the globe that require all sorts of vaccine precautions to be taken.

But Weinstein isn't a (frank)ing anti-vaxxer.

Having said that, I'm fully COVID-vaxxed and have a brother-in-law who is not but has ordered the "human paste" (I assume it's actually a pill, but words are fun) version of IVM as opposed to the veterinary grade. He's staunchly decided against the vaccine for now. I guess I should start calling him an anti-vaxxer (he's been vaxxed as much as I have otherwise) and the "controversial figure" of the family.
