I know some dumb people with degrees (can't spell degree without at least one D, C's earn degrees etc) but to teach what exactly? How to find the loopholes?

Last was pretty bad in terms of finding people. Basically all the old heads retired and people were allowed to take medical exemptions.

The school I interned at in the Fall was still missing teachers in mid October and the school I was at in the Spring saw 7 of their 10 French teachers on burn out at once.

All options need to be exhausted. But they are only considered subs since they to not have certification and cannot use it as experience, or even keep a place for the next year.
