i can't have them in my condo development. it's pretty heartbreaking.
but people who had dogs before they made the rule can still have them so i play with their dogs. |

it was a tough decision. i searched for condos in the area i liked, near work, and i was coming up empty forever. just when i gave up, someone convinced me to take another look at the zillow website and the place was posted that day. same as all the other small condos i'd seen in this development but a lot of the stuff i'd want to do was already done. granite wraparound counter in the kitchen instead of 2 small counters on either side, nice backsplash tiles, flooring instead of carpet, new stainless steel samsung appliances, a double sink granite vanity in the bathroom (which I probably wouldn't have done but it's nice to have), etc.
it sucked but i felt like even though i couldn't have a dog i had to buy the house or i may not find another one i liked. |

At least we haven't hired Pierre McGuire as assistant GM like Ottawa |

That's the hardest part of most major life decisions, including real estate...the tradeoffs, so I totally get it. My first place I owned was tiny, it's kitchen couldn't even be qualified as a kitchen and it's bathroom was whatever the direct opposite of a panty remover is...but I got super lucky in timing the market, bought it super cheap, sold it three years later for more than double what I bought it for and haven't looked back. Truth is I just fell ass backwards into some good luck |

He talked on 91.9 this morning, seemed legit, he was drafted by the habs when he was a player, then his father becaome the GM that's special |

i'm pretty happy with the place with the exception of a weird hollow sound when you walk above what must be the crawl space under the building and really that's just a weird thing to me, nobody ever notices it but me.
i usually rented second floor places with the actual purpose of not annoying my neighbors with pot smoke wafting up. this is my first place that's on the first floor and the difference in humidity and how much you have to run your AC is amazing too.
i just wait until i hear a dog barking and then i go outside and play with whatever dog it is. this one guy in the building across the little cul de sac thingy has a great little dude, i think a pit bull/boxer mix. |

Still pissed I was in the hospital when that happened. Maybe it was a sign. |

My first place had a guy who worked nights and blared Skandinavian heavy metal at all other times. Seller never mentioned that |

Je ne le connais pas vraiment mais d'entrée de jeu on peut conclure qu'il n'a pas la même locution que Peanut (ne pas lire monsieur Arachide). *profond soupir de soulagement* |

and the Toronto Marlies had hired Dusty Imoo as a goaltending coach, but they had to release him because they found a bunch of transphobic, racist and pro-capitol riot tweets he had posted... too bad, such a cool name loll

Can't believe the racists at MLSE firing a POC for his opinions. |

To be fair I'm not 100% sure he would be this bad. When he's on the radio (not in TV-annoying mode) I find him to be a great hockey head to listen to. |
