i was just giving any kind of reason that they might be thinking of for just making it a suggestion for right now. i think we all know it might come down to the signs that we had before saying masks are mandatory.

just bracing for the heatwave. all my neighbors have service vans out front getting their AC checked. i already did that and i wonder why people wait until there's a heatwave in the forecast to call someone out to check their unit. summer is hot. every time. so just call and get your poop checked out in late spring/early summer every couple years.

Here's the other thing about it being optional: while it's pure speculation on my part I'd bet the person who refuses to wear a mask on the "recommendation" is also the person who refuses to get vaxxed. I could be wrong but I'd be willing to be large sum on it
