I was too young, he only played a few games for Mtl. he was and will remain a Blackhawks.

catching with the right hand, not sure if you know, but in these days... it was pretty rare. often they didn't have the glove in stock in arenas. poor little me. lol

I can't say I do ... I was very young when he played for us, however I do remember him playing against us in the 1972-73 Cup finals.

He was a great goalie.

they were sold primarily to play street hockey. mylec was a company that made equipment for street hockey. only an idiot would wear that on the ice.

they sold balls and stick blades that attached to your broken ice hockey stick. the blades were hard plastic that you heated and curved the (frank) out of the blade.

yeah I remember playing street hockey with those, with an insane curve that made it basically impossible to make a backhand shot or pass lol

and I'm not sure what the differences were between the Mylec and what Esposito wore but even if it was better quality you still had to be brave AF to wear that kind of slim mask that barely prevented your face from breaking
