I think it's their choice not to get vaccinated if they think the shot isn't worth the risk. I'm not taking my flu shots because I accept the risk of getting the flu every year...

Oh, im not for mandatory vaccination at all cost. I would say if you work with vulnerable people only. And, different disease have different impacts on health, different spreading rates, etc.
It's just that you can balance individual liberties and collective rules for the benefice of the great majority. Libertarians think that any concerted rule is an unessecary attack on individuals and i think this dogmatic and showing a lack of consciousness of the impact of ones behavior on the community.
