it's kind of a workaround, they should've just made the vaccine mandatory at this point (but I believe this was constitutionally impossible)

Morally I'm against the passports (at least they'll be regional), but it seems like every other measure whether they've worked (vaccines) or didn't (curfew) the population of Quebec, for the most part, are okay with them.

And yes, things need to stay open.
