If it was because of Miller, then Miller will be my new favourite Canuck.
- Reubenkincade

Miller has always been your favourite Canuck. He whines the most about everything. He's Mackinnon without being nearly as good.

Yes you should admit how dead wrong you are it may lead to less dribble and brick tossing.
- NuckUp

I am not the one who who made this incorrect statement about MTA's.

It's used in rare situations when the player wants to keep playing in NHL

Also, it is drivel, not dribble, mind you, in your case, it is both.

I was being facetious. teams just can't put players on LTIR that don't have valid injuries just to free up cap space lol. I'll argue until I'm blue in the face. If that was the case, LE would have been put on your magical LTIR list every year since year 2
- Codes1087

You need a reality check on how GM's are using LTIR its not my magical list.

I'm too busy celebrating to give the run down but maybe Vantel can.

By the way Beagle had/has legit injuries.

LE's just a pu$$sy magnate hard to pass the smell test. Plus Green had him on Bo's line. Remember, when there were no issues back then with cap space but lack of NHL talent.

Good catch on my autocorrect mistype. But don't get your correctness on MTA see eg: Bagosian.

Just like you don't understand the use of LTIR it is opposite for MTA. It's used in rare situations when the player wants to keep playing in NHL and has buyout proof contract.

Nurse also signed 2 previous bridge deals. 2018 the team signed Nurse to 3.2 for 2 years and then again in 2020 they bridged him two years at 5.6. So does QH go straight from entry level deal to 8 years? I don't think so.

I’m not in the crowd that signs players for 8yrs. Very few are worth it EP is but Hughes isn’t.

You don't believe that interior health has an 80% vaccination rate, do you?
- Reubenkincade

Idk the vax rates per region. I do know the Okanagan gets a major influx of tourists who I wouldn’t trust.

The entire hockey world, QH included, would be shocked if 8 year term was signed now.

He was an excellent mentor that has served his purpose and it was time for him to move on.

Jim's asset management is still the problem though.

I prefer a hurdle rebuilding the team & stocking the farm. It isn’t finished & still work to do. We are at the point where the upcoming drafts will truly build up organizational depth.

Currently I like the roster in general but it’s at the point of results are mandatory. Aka gotta get past the bubble team level & onto a perennial PO team. His job is on line. Contending will only happen if additions can actually pull their weight & the core takes the next steps. JB hasn’t much wiggle room.

By stocking the farm do you mean Abby?

Very few AHL if any are stacked with drafted prospects. Most prospects choose alternative paths.

I would feel sympathetic if they were asking for vaccine passports.
- Reubenkincade

Something alone those lines is reasonable in these times. A buddy of mine couldn’t visit his dad in hospital without his vax.

This from the one who is constantly argumentative & quoting ppl from past blogs whether accurate or not. I suggest just lighten up & be less confrontational is all.

Lucky us, we get a major influx of people from that area and out of province.
One individual showed up Wednesday with the variant and 5 locals now have that variant.

The ‘FARM’ is a generalization of organizational depth in the system.
