The anti-vaxxers are disgusting. Agreed.

Have many stronger words for them. Arrogant, stupid, selfish, irresponsible, self-centred etc.

Fair but comparing 2 different styles. That said Hughes doesn't get paid elite D $ on his play.
- Nighthawk

Nurse also signed 2 previous bridge deals. 2018 the team signed Nurse to 3.2 for 2 years and then again in 2020 they bridged him two years at 5.6. So does QH go straight from entry level deal to 8 years? I don't think so.

Will they be able to MTA him in the last couple years?

Can blame it mostly on the 20% non-vac anarchists & tourists.

You don't believe that interior health has an 80% vaccination rate, do you?

Disagree imo he’s a solid #2. There isn’t 32 #1’s to around some D just fall into that role.
- Nighthawk

I 10000% disagree that there isn't 32 #1's. There has to be because there is no set standard.

Just like you don't understand the use of LTIR it is opposite for MTA. It's used in rare situations when the player wants to keep playing in NHL and has buyout proof contract.

I understand what LTIR is just fine.

I guess we will see if Beagle starts the year on LTIR and Arizona frees up a bunch of cap space, like you predicted the canucks would do when he was on our team.

He was an excellent mentor that has served his purpose and it was time for him to move on.

Jim's asset management is still the problem though.

Well by your response you absolutely don't understand.

Do you think a tanking rebuilding team will need that?

That explains why Byfuglien and Berglund signed elsewhere after those MTA's.

Surprised as a small business owner you aren’t more sympathetic. Actually no I’m not

By the way you tried explaining it, you don't have a clue what you are talking about.
Most people in here admit when they are wrong, some just keep trying to think they are above everyone, when they are dead wrong.

Losing TT to get Holtby and keep JV, who are both gone a season later by buyout, is an absolute fail. That's 3 NHL players a prospect and draft picks gone for nothing in one calendar year over 1 connected situation.

I would feel sympathetic if they were asking for vaccine passports.

Yes you should admit how dead wrong you are it may lead to less dribble and brick tossing.

I'm going to see if I can find him. Ask him what really went wrong in Van.

I bet it's Miller's fault.

I was being facetious. teams just can't put players on LTIR that don't have valid injuries just to free up cap space lol. I'll argue until I'm blue in the face. If that was the case, LE would have been put on your magical LTIR list every year since year 2

If it was because of Miller, then Miller will be my new favourite Canuck.
