So..
Zacha-Hischier-Bratt
Tatar-Hughes-Sharangovich
Wood-McLeod-Kuokkanen
Johnsson-Boqvist-Studenic/Thompson/Greer
If we did somehow still get Tarasenko, .. the lines really would just depend on chemistry I think. But obviously Kuokkanen would be the 4th line RW, unless Johnsson went back in the deal and he went to left side. He’d obviously make us better if healthy. Couldn’t care less about losing Johnsson because it keeps it so we still have enough open spots for a kid to get a shot on the 4th line or whatever. I think it’s best for Bratt’s development to be with Hischier and best for Sharangovich to play with a talented center.. because he wont find that in the bottom 6. So maybe it’s best to leave the wingers as is. - MartysBetter88
If we were somehow able to get tarasenko in a decent trade where we don't have to give up any decent pieces I think that could help
Tatar Nico Bratt
Tarasenko Hughes sharangovic
Kouk zacha boqvist
Wood McLeod Thompson
Or
Zacha Nico tarasenko
Tatar Hughes Bratt
Kouk boqvist sharangovic
Wood McLeod Thompson

Honestly not my first option but after Saad signed there was basically only one other option. It seems like the Blues were going to ask too much for Vlad so I am happy fitz did something and the contract is relatively low risk. Hopefully he can add a Bastian replacement as well. |

Was Saad your first option?
Is one of Greer, Thompson, Studenic capable of enforcing? I know Greer has some size but that doesn’t always equate to enforcer. |

Tatar is better than Saad. |

Not only is Tatar the flat out better player, we got him for only 2 years whereas Saad would have gotten 5 or maybe even 6 years for us to get him. No thanks on that one |

There are still some average players out there that can solve fourth line problems, question is do you want youngsters up on fourth line or down in the AHL. Also, who has Lou signed would make the picture clearer. He loves creating deception.... |

I think our lineup is fine. Only move I’d consider is 3rd line C and Boqvist can be an extra... or maybe earn a spot over Studenic, Greer, Thompson. |

Wow, Nurse signs eight-year deal worth $74 million. His new contract carries a salary-cap hit of $9.25 million. Thank you Dougie. |
