I wouldn't sign this guy for league minimum. Huge distraction and obviously a person who is an absolute train wreck at the moment.

Hope he manages to pick up all of the pieces and makes any and all amends necessary. Not here though.

I hope he is not guilty of gambling on NHL games, especially ones he played in...that would only prove that not only is the "smoke" of being a massive female genitalia via his own actions/words, his teammates on every team he has played with to the WHL's actions/words, the 6 or so sexual assault cases and payoffs, the going bankrupt from gambling and his wife's social media accusations, but he's also really bloody stupid and should have stuck to betting on Russian Roulette.

At worst - Kane is a gambler who bet on/threw his own games, abandoned his wife and child, and who's teammates reportedly don't like him and don't want to play on the same team.

At best - Kane is a gambler who's teammates reportedly don't like him and don't want to play on the same team.

He may or may not be guilty of some of the things he is accused of. But he clearly has issues that need to be worked out, and teammates are reportedly done playing with him.

It isn't crazy for people to not want him anywhere near their preferred hockey team.

Ya between this post and AW's New York post excerpt, he's a PoS and is pretty much fu3ked.

My comment is more an "in general" type comment and it's only because I've seen some crazy ex wives say some really terrible things to screw over their husbands during divorces that were completely untrue.

Money, break ups and custody can really twist some people around. (This coming from a guy who watched his father financially screw over his mother as a kid...with BS and reputation ruining comments to family. Not a big fan of dead beat men.)

Seen both sides, it's ugly. But by no means am I defending Kane, just more defending the principle of innocent until proven guilty.
