After looking at all comparables I would guess they try to give Hart a 3-4 year deal at 3-4. Same for Sanheim, except if he goes to arbitration it will only be a 1-2 year deal which will put him into his UFA(right?). Makes me think this is either a strategic move on either side, or like someone said, the flyers have no choice because of cap reasons.
