Guy will only make 2.5 mill per for 2 years. He was lights out at beginning of season b4 he got hurt and got Covid. He is 22 and has potential to be 30+ goal scorer/75 pt. player. NYR needs centers...Why many here advocate trading him is lunacy - rrentz
Every 22yo that has some talent has the potential to break out and be that kind of player.
Its what Ive seen from him that makes me believe he cant do it as a center. This is the key point Im making, I dont think he will ever reach his full potential as a center, as a winger I could see him be a good player.
He makes some very boneheaded decisions and reads for someone thats been playing full time NHL minutes for 3 years. |

Either way..NYR owe it to the team to see how he does w/ a normal training camp and season. Last normal season he had...he was 19 years old! His development, along w/ many youngsters, league wide, has been stunted. It would be very short sighted to trade him...unless he is part of a package for a lights out center..NOT named Eichel(assuming he needs disc surgery). |

he's not a center though - in my opinion at least.
a hell of a player and i do not doubt he'll breakout offensively but i think he's a better wing than center. |

That's a little ambitious, I would hope he could just be a 50 point player |

Hey all,
Been reading for a while new to posting. Does anyone think that the "ship" that is Jack is kinda a dead deal now? I see people talking about Dvorak, and may think this may be more beneficial, contract wise, and a potential breakout player. I think the value is there meaning, not a spine issue/ it being August... Anyone have thoughts on a potential deal for him? - Mmg642
Posters on this board talk about Dvorak but I havent seen any reports about the Rangers actually being linked to him.
Drury had been busy writing up the Reaves contract to inquire about him.

You are probably right, but when he is on, he is a top flight talent

Radek played as recently as 13-14. I never would have guessed that.

Wayne was 6 ft, but it's only the defense that matters.

Don't ask me what I did to win this Cup. The entire team is responsible for winning this Cup ... except for our teammates who are less than 6 feet tall. |

Really hope they get off to a decent start this year..
Last year was such a kick in the testies when you knew their start killed pretty much any chance of making the post season. |
