Got to say though, he really doesn’t look like a nice guy and it’s been that way forever...isnt he the one who took a pic with bricks of cash and burning some? Kinda weird as it turned out to be kind of a prediction really...he burned through everything he had and now his wife and kid are struggling to eat and she’s got another one in the oven. I think it’s a shame that people are questioning her agenda though, pretty sure she’s aware that waving a red flag won’t allow her to feed her kid, but since she’s struggling to do it anyways, guess she wants him to get caught and struggle as well as she is. Quite a sad story tbh and no one will gain anything from it. Ooops sorry i ended up giving my opinion anyways lol

Her agenda is clearly to destroy him, and it's an incredibly selfish one. Lots of marriages fall apart, and a lot of the time things get really ugly at the end. If there are kids, the number one responsibility of both sides is to shield the kids from as much ugliness as you can, not post your grievances on social media.

If Kane really is the worst person in the world, go find a ridiculously overpriced lawyer and get as much of the 26 million still coming to him as you can. Getting rid of that 26 million sure isn't going to help her and, more importantly, isn't going to help her kids.

Oddly enough his contract actually wasn't bad value especially relative to some other ones they have. Kane might be a problem in the locker room, but his on-ice play has not been bad.

No one can say for certain, but if he is actually banned, his contract will be terminated. Sharks would likely pay cap recapture penalties, 500k per year for the next 4 years, but the rest would just come off the books.

However, that wouldn't be until the end of an investigation, which is likely to take months. So it's not like this is going to open up cap space for the Sharks anytime soon.
