Trade him.

If that means waiting until next offseason. So be it. Sorry Terry, sit in the corner and poop up for once. Let Adams continue to do what he has been. Adams has gone full Less Grossman and I love it!

Textbook negotiations. We want the stadium fully funded or we walk. Fans are up in arms. State and county negotiates to pay for 75% of the deal. Sold! Shooters shoot and despite the yacht jokes on here the Pegula’s are smart business people and they didn’t get there by not using the system.

The infrastructure would be a nightmare… that’s the only problem.

I don’t think the football stadium would work downtown just because it would triple the cost because of all the infrastructure changes that would need to be done.

I agree with this - Downtown somewhere > OP

just too easy for ECC that doesnt need that space down there and the indoor practice facility etc. Tough to move it downtown without additional costs.

They can't even build a single loft apartment building without bureaucratic red tape and zoning codes restricting the development for half a decade, absolutely no way a stadium gets built within city limits.
