That is not what people think. But as the owners, and being that they are multi-billionaires, they absolutely should be paying for at least a large chunk of it.

Imagine they want a new house for their daughter and want working-class people in the neighborhood to foot the bill, while they erect a gigantic house for her next to a trailer park.
