Rangers need to get this over with and grab Dvorak, sign Ritchie. Done. Roll into the season with…
LAF, Zib, Kakko
Panarin, Strome, Krav
Kreider, Dvorak, Ritchie
Blais, Goodrow, Rooney
Or, they can go back to my very very first idea, Tomas Hertl. - aecliptic
They signed Chytil hours ago and you already have him gone? I know you don't like him but I think at this point you have to get used to the fact that he's going to be on the team. Whether that's as a winger or center is to be seen but it doesn't make sense to agree on terms with someone and then ship them off. Any team they would've traded him too probably would've liked to negotiate on their own behalf |

Carolina now has Fast, Skjei, DeAngelo, Brendan Smith, Raanta and Joey Keane.
Rangers have Gauthier and some guy named Fox. Works for me.
I don't see how Gauthier fits. Agree that Reaves would be a mistake and Ritchie makes sense depending who might get traded. Hoping Barron is an effective (and cost-effective) 4th line wing. I think he'll do well. |

Adding Ritchie and Dvorak really creates a jam in the top 9. Not sure who the odd man out would be and I definitely don’t think we paid Goodrow 3.6 million to be on the 4th line. Kreider is the obvious choice but his NMC is the issue.
LAF Zib Kakko
Panarin Dvorak Kravtsov
Kreider Chytil Goodrow
Ritchie Rooney Blais
To increase Ritchies ice time put him on the 2nd PP, I think he had 5 ppg this year. |

I think I could be ok with that as long as we sign Ritchie. I wonder what the return for Zib will be. |

Be surprised if they didn't get hung up on. |

What offer would acceptable? Do you think Eichel ever suits up for the Sabres again? |

I really don't think the Rangers match up with us very well trade wise, but I right on a message board so what do I know. And No I don't think he wears the Jersey ever again. |

Just take the L and show some contrition. Even if it’s from a movie it’s in poor taste. You’re better than that |

I’d argue we’re probably the best equipped to make a trade like this with you guys considering the wealth of prospects we have |

None of us know anything but generally speaking, would Sabres fans be happy with any return for Eichel from the Rangers that didn't include Laf, Kakko or Shesterkin? I can say from the Rangers fan's standpoint those are non-starters but wondering if there's any deal outside of those guys that you'd be happy with |

If we trade Kravtsov who the hell goes on our first or second line RW. Already moved buch… unless we move one of our 3 top 6 quality lws to the right side |

I think the fact that Drury remains steadfast in not trading Nils or Schneider is surprising. |

It’s silly to tear it down for something this stupid. My 2 cents |

Goodrow or Gauthier. Which realistically wouldn't be worse case ontario if that means the top 9 is something like
Laf - Zib - Kakko
Panarin - Eichel - Goodrow
Kreider - Chytil - Gauthier
Assuming Strome and Krav go in a deal for Eichel |

Preferring to trade one of the guys we traded buch to open up top 6 ice time for over a RD prospect when we have too many on the roster and in the pipeline is confusing to me |

Brooks’ article suggested Chytil is best served as a winger, so I’d imagine it would be something like:
Laf - Zibanejad - Kakko
Panarin - Eichel - Chytil
Kreider - Goodrow - Ritchie
Barron - Rooney - Blais |

I think you're right but when dealing with a team like buffalo who has Dahlin, just drafted Owen Power and is trading their first and second offensive weapons it's more than likely that they'd prefer a forward-heavy trade as opposed to a deal centered around Schneider or Nils. As high as we are on them, they have two first overall picks that would be ahead of them and I can't blame them for not clamoring over our defensive prospects. That just mean they aren't good trade partners and we need to move on to someone else but I don't think that's Drury's fault |

Power and dahlin are LD and nils and Schneider are RD for what it’s worth |
