It’s been 5 months since the injury and he’s not allowed to play pickup hockey still?

If your so hurt why would you be playing especially when your using that to try and force your way out. Shouldn't you be doing your rehab and trying to get healthy. Jesus so if this was Panarin and he had a supposed neck injury you would be OK with him doing something he shouldn't that could affect your team.

If he is so injured and needs surgery. He probably shouldn’t be playing. If he is whining about medical procedures, he should be better protecting himself and maybe taking the Sabres to medical arbitration.

But he probably isn’t as injured as he is making it out to be and as soon as he is traded it will come out that miraculously rehab worked.

Mr. Fish since you want to bring this to the media we have brought forward proof to the league of your Clients Breach of Contract and they have agreed and as such we will not be terminating his contract but will be suspending your client for the year and the full 5yrs remaining on his contract will be reinstated when the new year starts 2022.

Well actually wasn't serious and they would need more than just that picture, but if they did do that I would think they would have more proof before even trying.

Probably. And witnesses statements and such.

Adams should come out with another statement ... something like :

We consider Jack a Buffalo Sabre and is under contract for another 5 years. After his injury is cleared up, we expect him to suit up for our team next season and for many more. As all teams do, if an offer comes in for their star player, we will consider it if the move makes our team better - but we all prefer to have Jack here. We wish him a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him in our uniform next season.

Would be fun to see what happens after that statement, that's for sure.

Also, if the team or anybody wants to see Jack "punished" for all of this, don't trade him to Arizona or some other hockey hell; make him play for the Sabres. That'll really piss him off
