Yea, but Dubinsky, Anisimov and Erixon weren’t even in the top 5 of the players they wanted from the rangers. They had to cave though and accept the best offer on the table at a certain point to just move on

Those players are / were all trash.

Adams is forcing Eichel's camp to make an official trade request, so he can take the poopty package that he was going to get anyway but take a bit of the onus off the team's mishandling of the situation. It's actually a little smart.

They didn't have to. They, stupidly, chose to. Just like the Bruins did with Thornton and Seguin.

Hopefully the biggest balls of all time. (frank) Eichel at this point. Tell him “I ruined the boards in Harborcenter I can ruin your career too”

Not really ...... the agent looks like a moron. Adams already said he waiting it out. These same arguments have been happening privately for awhile. Now its public,

Other fans think Adams is going to dump him for scraps. There is a much better chance he waits a year and gets a team to cave

Not a great track record so far. I wouldnt want to be beating on him in a game of chicken.

Good God, I wish we could trade him to Arizona or some other hockey sh!t hole with no fan base.
- Powerslave

I kinda want them to move him to Montreal so he actually loses money.

The rangers are in way better shape than the Sabres in every aspect. The buch trade was expected but a poor return. I’m glad reaves and Goodrow are on the team. Regardless of contract or term. Still plenty of top end talent and cap space

Okay. You're missing the point. Drury isnt winning this game of chicken, he is off to a rough start with his moves. Not a good one yet.

The lindgren resigning and nemeth were good moves. I don’t care about Eichel or him going tot he rangers. Adams knew he was (frank)ed to begin with was my point. Just wanted to deflect some of the blame once the trade happens and it’s underwhelming of a return

Yeah, I was going for big, flashy statement more than a direct comparison.

Panarin is 29. Zib and fox are high skilled player. Laf and Miller ton of upside. Shesterkin a number one goalie
