Yeah - great architecture for a small city - I think it was the Cummins guy that invested so much into that town. Indy is a great place to visit for a conference if you are from out of town, and if you live here its important to know where to go to not get caught up in the stuff Downtown...

It appears to me that they're signing some unwanted guys that based on their analytics could at least be serviceable but certainly not pushing for the playoffs.

Im sorry, but the majority of their signings are league minimum.

These are guys that really had no other offers. its not some magical formula that the Sabres are using that other teams don't have.
